By attending the "Shoot for the Moon" concert at Connolly's on 45th Street in NYC, you will be helping support MAC Angels Foundation. 

MAC Angels supports families in the tri-state area with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS, also known as Lou Gerhig's disease).  MAC Angels Foundation bridges the gap in services by building ramps, driving to clinic appointments, advocating on behalf of families, navigating benefits and insurance, directing to resources, securing durable medical equipment and much more.  Your donation will help MAC Angels continue its mission of helping families with this devastating disease.
