Liability Waiver for Participation:
Participation in this event requires agreeing to the following liability waiver.
This event is an informal group gathering for the purpose raising funds for the ‘MAC Angels’. Participation is voluntary and
all risks must be assumed by the participant. Participants are responsible for being aware of and informed on all potential
risks. Participants must assume responsibility for all risks to themselves (and any children they may bring with them).
In Particular, one of the main risks to be aware of is ‘SUDDEN IMMERSION SYNDROME’. Jumping into Cold water virtually
doubles your Blood Pressure and could be dangerous to your Heart.
This event does NOT have a ‘leader’. This event’s hosts are not "leaders" and participants should not have expectations of
such from individuals organizing the event.
Participants must agree to release event HOSTS, VOLUNTEERS, STATE and CITY
that the event takes place in and Rye Town Park from all liability in order to participate with this group.
