The MAC Angels Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that supports the ALS community with services and resources that they desperately need, and may only be possible through the MAC Angels Foundation. 

Your tax-deductible gift to MAC Angels will be used to improve the quality of life of ALS patients, their families and caregivers throughout the Tri-State area. So give what you can and thank you for your support!

Examples of where your donation goes:

Give $100

Provides handicap transportation fostering continuity of care for our PALS (person with ALS) to get to a physicians appointment

Help Us $250

Pays for a voice amplification system allowing our PALS their basic dignity of continuing to be heard 

Provide $500

Pays for a sit to stand recliner chair for our PALS who have decreased strength to do this independently 

Fund $1,500

Has been contributed toward home modifications, basic renovations to maintain our PALS within their homes; examples include wheelchair ramps, stair lift, widening of a door frame for wheelchair accessibility

MAC Angels services Include: 

Securing Vans for clinic appointments; Advocating on PALS (Person with ALS) behalf, Navigating Resources and Benefits; Securing Durable Medical equipment such as hospital beds, commode and shower chairs, recliner chairs; Build support networks; Review Medicare/Medicaid; Help with Barrier Free housing options; Provide Pet Therapy information; Discuss advance directives; Assist with Healthcare proxy; and much more.  All of our services are free and are unique to each individual family.
